Initial Session: Consultation + Bodywork

75–90 minutes • $165

New here? This first session includes a detailed intake, movement and posture assessment, and hands-on treatment tailored to your specific concerns. We’ll begin building your personalized care plan and start addressing the root of what’s holding you back.

Required for all new clients or those returning after 6+ months.

Muscle Maintenance Session

30 minutes • $65 | 60 minutes • $125 | 90 minutes • $165

Ideal for ongoing care, recovery work, and focused support. Great for addressing specific areas of discomfort, maintaining mobility, and staying on top of postural or tension patterns.

Booking Advice

Our schedule is often booked out 2-4 weeks in advance, so it’s best to schedule your appointment ahead of time. If you need to get in sooner than what’s available we offer Urgent Sessions for returning clients that can be scheduled outside of regular working hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I currently do not offer prenatal bodywork. I recommend seeking a practitioner who is specifically trained in prenatal massage to ensure the safest and most effective care during pregnancy. See the Trusted Professionals page for more recommendations.

  • Most of my sessions are active and movement-based, so you'll typically stay fully or mostly clothed in flexible, comfortable attire — think athleisure, shorts and sweatpants, or sports bras. This allows us to incorporate stretching, assessments, and movement work with ease.

    If you’re receiving more traditional massage techniques that require undressing, you’ll be professionally draped the entire time.

  • Yes! New clients will receive an online intake form via PocketSuite after booking. Please complete it before your session so we can make the most of our time together.

  • I don’t accept tips, and that’s by design. The work I do is clinical and therapeutic in nature — different from a spa setting. That said, I always appreciate the kind thought.

    If you feel moved to give back, consider leaving a Google review, referring a friend, or donating to one of the nonprofit organizations listed at checkout. Your support in those ways means a lot.

  • I totally understand that life happens — but out of respect for other clients and the flow of the day, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee.

    If you're running late, just send a quick text — I'll do my best to accommodate, but please note your session may be shortened. If you're more than 20 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and considered a no-show.
